Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja’s films usually have a lot of buzz about them. He has a lot of craze among the masses and his movies always get decent openings. But his recent track record is not that great as not one film except ‘Krack’ had succeeded at the box office. The effect is clearly seen on his upcoming film ‘Ramrao On Duty’.

Directed by Sharat Mandava, this movie is releasing on 29th July. But there is zero buzz on the film and not many know that the film is releasing at the end of this month. The team released three songs and a teaser till date but they failed to create any kind of hype. These days promotions are very important. People are only entering the theaters if the promotions are properly planned and executed. There are times when heavily promoted films also failed to get good revenues. At this point in time, Ravi Teja’s film is not having any buzz and the team is doing nothing in terms of promotions.

Barring the release of promotional content and a media interaction with the debut director, Ravi Teja did not make a single statement about this film. It is high time that the film’s unit needs to step up in terms of promotions. Let us wait and see what they do in the coming days. This movie produced under Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas LLP and RT Teamworks is directed by debutant Sharath Mandava. Venu Thottempudi plays a key role and Ravi Teja will be seen as a Deputy Collector Mandal Revenue Officer in his 68th film.

Rajisha Vijayan and Divyansha Koushil are the female leads in this project while Nasser, Sr Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh, ‘Sarpatta’ John Vijay, Chaitanya Krishna, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Rama Krishna, Eerojullo Sree, Madhu Sudan Rao, Surekha Vani and others play key roles.
