Mythri Movie Makers, a well-known name for producing high-budget films, is now venturing into more content-rich projects. Their latest production, 8 Vasanthalu, directed by Phanindra Narsetti, brings a unique concept to the screen. Narsetti, whose debut film Manu was globally acclaimed, aims to deliver another compelling story.
The lead role is played by Ananthika Sanilkumar, known for her performance in MAD. She plays Shuddhi Ayodhya, a character whose journey is at the core of the movie. A recently released poster introduced the tagline, “Witness the grace of Shuddhi on October 12,” coinciding with the Vijaya Dashami festival.
As per the reports, Shuddhi Ayodhya’s character is multi-faceted. She evolves from a calm 19-year-old into a passionate and fierce 27-year-old. As a loving daughter, loyal friend, martial arts student, and inspiring writer, her journey through life’s challenges forms the heart of 8 Vasanthalu. In essence, Shuddhi is described as “poetry in motion.”
Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, the film boasts an impressive crew. Vishwanath Reddy serves as the cinematographer, Hesham Abdul Wahab composes the music, and Shashank Mali edits the film. The production design is handled by Aravind Mule, with Babasai Kumar Mamidipalli as the executive producer.
