Senior actor and former hero Suman has now lodged a police complaint on director Gunasekhar. This is in connection with a non-payment of remuneration as Suman acted in a key role in the upcoming 3D flick “Rudramadevi” featuring Anushka in the lead.
According to reports, Suman was paid 5 lakhs by Gunasekhar regarding his acting assignment for Rudramadevi. And the check given by Guna bounced in no time leaving Suman in for a shock.
Though Suman tried to contact the production team including Gunasekhar for clarity, there is no response. After numerous attempts to contact have failed, Suman approached police now.
Generally these issues are solved at Film Chamber and Movie Artists Association but we wonder why Suman approached police. More details of the whole fiasco are yet to come out.
