Dasari Narayana Rao and Manchu Vishnu’s Erra Bus has opened to abnormally low openings every where today. Dasari is out of form for a long time and all of his recent films were biggest disasters at the box office. And it looks like similar fate is in store for his 151st Film, Erra Bus. The film failed to have at least 10% occupancy in almost all the centers.
For an instance, the film has released in 23 centers of West Godavari and the Morning Show gross there is just 67000. In the same area, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham has also released in 23 centers and has got a gross of 3.80 Lakhs. This will give us an idea how the movie has taken a strong beating. Experts say similar situation is likely to prevail in all the areas and in all probability the movie can not sustain even till this weekend.
Errabus is the official Telugu remake of Tamil Blockbuster, Manjapai. Catherine Tresa is romancing Manchu Vishnu in this film. Dasari himself plays Manchu Vishnu’s grandfather in the movie. The film is also the first US release in Dasari Narayana Rao’s illustrious career but it failed to attract overseas audience and probably will not have any more shows from Saturday.
