‘Don’t Want To Touch Them’ – Allari Naresh’

Talking about his latest film ‘Brother Of Bommali’ which is due for release coming Friday, dynamic hero Allari Naresh spoke his heart exclusively with Gulte.com. talking about his future projects, this most-eligible bachelor explained why he isn’t showing interest about his dad, director EVV Satyanarayana’s stunning classics like Jamba Lakidi Pamba, Aah Okkati Adakku and Hello Brother.
‘Before dad passed away, we seriously thought of remaking them. But frankly, is there any actor who could fit into the shoes of Rao Gopala Rao if we remake Aa Okkati Adadkku?’, asks Naresh, pointing out that Tollywood is missing seriously talented actors. Also he has opined that some classics should not be touched. ‘They are classics and it is better if we don’t touch them’, he stresses.
So, if he has to go with new scripts and aspiring directors, then what is that he looks for in them? – ‘For a choreographer we could ask him demo. For a musician we could get tracks. But what could we ask in a director except the fact that it depends on how well he convinced us with the story’, says Naresh candidly. Watch this space for excerpts from his interview.
