A Hyderabad city court has turned down the plea made by Sweta Basu’s parents to handout her to them. Erramanzil court, which took up the matter on Tuesday, didn’t buy the argument made by Sweta’s parents to “release” her from Government Rehabilitation Centre.
Reacting on their plea, court opined that Sweta’s custody should be taken care by the government at the rehabilitation centre. It directed officials to keep Sweta under observation for six months. Sweta Basu was caught in a flesh trade at a star hotel last month. She was said to be considered as “victim” in the case. However, the million dollar question is high-profile businessmen who indulged in this dirty act got fled away.
