TDP Politburo Member Nandamuri Harikrishna who distanced himself from party affairs since the past couple of years for reasons best known to him have finally broke his silence on Tuesday.
The former Rajya Sabha MP come forward to extend his support to Musunuru MRO Vanajakshi. Condemning the threats she has been receiving off late, He demanded stern action against the people behind the letter sent to the Woman MRO.
For taking against illegal exporting of sand, Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar attacked MRO Vanajakshi with his followers on July 9th. She even received a warning letter few days ago asking her to quit the job & leave Musunuru in 10 days. However, Vanajakshi remained firm on her stand to be in Musunuru and appealed State Government to offer protection to her family complaining life threat.
Responding on Rishiteswari’s suicide in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Harikrishna demanded the State Government to initiate necessary action against the culprits irrespective of how influential they might be. He also called for abolition of ragging menace in educational institutions.
