As Megastar Chiranjeevi is touching 60 now, Mega fans quite eclectic with their plans as many special program are getting initiated by them. Among such programs, some famous ‘Chiranjeevi Bus Shelters’ are being re-constructed and repaired. This event however exposed the divisions among Mega fans.
From various foundation-stones, sign boards to banners erected in Rayalaseema districts like Chittoor, we could observer that the erstwhile ‘MEGA’ fans got divided into four groups. On those boards, we could see the names like Pawan fans, Charan fans, Bunny fans and Mega fans.
Seems like the first three groups are exclusive fans of only one particular hero from the mega family. And the ones that are having the tag ‘Mega fans’ are those who support all mega heroes including Saidharam and Sirish. And who among these group are Chiru fans?
Probably everyone supports Chiranjeevi and waiting for re-entry among these four groups of fans, but this division among the mighty ‘mega’ fan base is not jelling well with many. They say that if mega fans split this way, then there is no meaning for what Chiranjeevi has achieved, because all these heroes have grown up under his shade. Anyway, there is no rule that every movie lover should support a whole family and fanism is their individual choice.
