Telugu Desam Party Malkajgiri Lok Sabha member C Malla Reddy landed in trouble after a B.Pharmacy student studying in CMR College in Medchal, owned by the MP, committed suicide on Wednesday.The student, identified as Bharghav Naidu committed suicide by jumping under the train near Nampally railway station. He died on the spot.
His death triggered sharp protests from other students in CMR College who alleged that the management was responsible for the incident.
They complained that the management has harassed him for payment of fees, which prompted him to commit suicide. The students sat on dharna demanding action against management of the college besides principal for harassing the student and abetting suicide.
