Several months ago, a young author named Boggula Srinivas created a major sensation when he announced a book titled ‘Pawan Kalyan Hatao Politics Bachao’. The title was a direct lift off Pawan’s election slogan, “Congress Hatao Desh Bachao”.
Srinivas’ book, which was outrightly against Pawan and criticizes his personal life and political principles, naturally angered many diehard fans of Pawan Kalyan. Today, the book will be released at the Hyderabad Book Fair at the NTR Stadium.
On this occasion, Srinivas met the Telangana state’s Home Minister Nayini Narsimhareddy and submitted his written request to provide him security. Srinivas said that he fears threat from Pawan fans, who have already been warning and abusing him ever since he announced his book several months ago.
Meanwhile, the T-government is yet to take a decision regarding providing him police protection.
