At a time real estate is going through its slump in Telangana as sales have come down drastically, contrary to this the lands around Chief Minister KCR Farm House have shot up by six times. The lands around the farm house are costing around six to seven times higher than the normal prices. The lands which were used to cost less than 10 Lakh per acre around KCR farm house are now costing between whopping Rs 60 Lakh to Rs 70 Lakh per acre.
While realtors & analysts are breaking their heads on what could be reason behind this sudden increase in land value near KCR farm house, here comes the reason. Ever since KCR conducted Ayutha Maha Chandi Yagam at his farm house, the rates of lands on this region shot up. While many link it to divine and say lands turn powerful, social causes are increase in infrastructure.
Ahead of Yagam, KCR has laid a wide & thick road (approximately 200 feet road) to his farm house as many big wigs, celebrities are attending Yagam. This in turn paved way for transportation and better commutation. Also officials at the behest of KCR built five helipads in farm house as President, Governors and other CMs would come. Though Yagam is over, helipads remain there keeping future purposes in mind. All these led to increase of land value around KCR Farm House.
