The Bhallaladeva Rana Daggubati has added one more feather in his cap. The hunk of Tollywood will soon make his foray into television with a show called Discovery Real Heroes. However, Rana’s TV stint will start off with Tamil and not in Telugu or Hindi.
Discovery Real Heroes will showcase real life action stories of survival specialists from around the world and their determination, the spirit of adventure and the zeal to overcome all obstacles.
Incidentally, Rana is currently acting in a film titled Ghazi in which he plays the role of an executive naval officer of the Indian submarine S21 who remains underwater for 18 days during the mysterious sinking of the PNS Ghazi submarine in 1971. This very plot features striking similarities with Rana’s debut TV show’s main theme.
The first episode of Discovery Real Heroes will be telecast from March 1st and call it a coincidence but looks like Rana has made a smart move by accepting the TV show through which he can also promote Ghazi. That’s called killing two birds with one stone!
