Even as there is a steady flow of YSR Congress party MLAs into the Telugu Desam Party one after the other, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is said to be still feeling insecure politically.
According to reliable sources, Naidu strongly believes that something is strongly cooking behind the scene in the TDP and some senior leaders might sabotage him and his son Lokesh in the coming months. Especially, he has a strong suspicion against the party leaders in Rayalaseema.
Naidu has got a reliable information that Anantapur Telugu Desam Party MP and former minister J C Diwakar Reddy had recently hosted a party for nearly 50 MLAs and those who had attended the dinner include four YSR Congress party MLAs and three ministers.
Nobody knows the reason for the party, but it is learnt all of them had expressed resentment against Naidu’s style of functioning and his attempt to promote his son Lokesh Naidu.
It is an open secret that JC does not hide anything and does not mince words when he wants to make critical comments against TDP president.
He was also upset with Naidu for imposing restrictions on private tour operators, including his own Divakar travels.
Even JC’s brother and Tadipatri MLA J C Prabhakar Reddy is also making critical comments against Naidu and is not getting along well with the other TDP MLAs from the district.
All this is causing unrest in Naidu camp. Watch out for more developments in this direction.
