After trending the #WeLoveMaheshBabu hashtag nationally and lambasting the popular national media house Indian Express for publishing a derogatory article titled Floputsavam soon after Brahmotsavam’s release, scores of Superstar Mahesh Babu fans today met the Indian Express authorities at the Begumpet office premises, demanding an apology.
Senior Mahesh fans like Rambabu, Khader and many young fans held talks with the IE authorities and revealed that Indian Express has agreed to remove the controversial article from its website and has also agreed to feature a special article on the film in its tomorrow’s edition.Considering the anger towards the media house among temper inflated Mahesh fans since the publishing of the article, situation could have gone out control at the office premises today. Apparently, several fans even decided to resort to attacks on the media house building.
However, the senior fans behaved maturely and calmed down the enraged fans to prevent any possible unwanted incidents. The senior fans also said that there is no animosity or ego clashes between the stars of Ghattamaneni, Mega and Nandamuri families and that the social media fan wars are only due to some narrow-minded individuals.
