Who Donated 300 Acres Of KBR Park?

At a time when animosity between Telangana and Andhra people subsided following announcement of the new policy by KCR that all people living in Hyderabad are belonged to Telangana, a new demand surfaced a fresh requesting the government to remove the Seemandhra leader and former Chief minister of erstwhile AP Kasu Brahmananda Reddy’s (KBR) name to the famous KBR Park.

This demand was raised none other than senior Congress leader and State Minority Commission Charmian Abid Rasul Khan. He met the CM and demanded to name the park after Prince Mukhramja, great grandson of last Nizam rulers.

The congress leader said that KBR was not belonged to Telangana and on the other hand, the land about 300 acres was given to the government by the Prince. He said the befitting tribute is to name after Mukharmjah to the the park. Leader said that KCR was stunned to hear the fresh demand for the change of KBR park name. He informed the Congress leader that this issue would be looked into seriously.
