Chiru’s Failure Worrying NTR fans?

Chiranjeevi’s Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu had given more hype than it deserved. And the result is known to all. It failed to meet the expectations. Let alone the new expectations, it even couldn’t attain the TRPs of previous season hosted by Nag. Now this failure of Mega Star on small screen is also worrying many fans of Jr NTR.

No doubt, there is a great excitement for fans over reports of Tarak hosting Big Boss in Telugu on the same entertainment platform of MEK. But undercurrent there are also a lot of apprehensions.

If the show works, there is no stopping for him. But if at all, it flops or didn’t get due response as expected, this is going to have a telling effect on his ongoing films including Jai Lava Kusa and his forthcoming films. This is not all. The normal perception is that by often appearing on TVs may also reduce stardom of a star. Above all, Tarak has to juggle between his TV show and his film shootings and he may not give his full attention to his films like before – or at least, there would be some affect on his films. Taking up such risks at very later stage of career – Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi have all did it in later stage – is fine, but doing it at the peak of career is also a worrying factor.

Apparently, Jr NTR is also mulling over all these things before taking the big step. As of now, it’s not yet confirmed. An official confirmation is expected soon. Let’s wait and see what’s in store for junior.
