Champions Trophy : India to Face Pakistan In Finals

India has beaten Bangladesh in semi-finals to enter the finals of Champions Trophy. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli take the India to the finals. Bangladesh who bat first scored 264 for 7 wickets in 50 overs. India chased the target very convincingly and decimated Bangladesh in just 40.1 overs. India scored 265 for the loss of 1 wicket (Shikhar Dhawan) thus winning the match by 9 wickets.

Rohit Sharma has been awarded the Man of the Match. Rohit made 123 runs out of 129 balls while captain Virat Kohli scored 96 runs in just 78 balls. The Southpaw Shikhar Dhawan was catch out at 46 who cemented the victory along with Rohit and it is continued by Kohli who played a winning innings. Indian team has shown a great batting display and they couldn’t have won more convincingly to reach the finals of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy. Among bowlers, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Kedar Jadhav have taken two wickets each while Ravindra Jadeja has taken a wicket.

This is the fourth time India is entering Champions Trophy. India is likely to clash with Pakistan in the finals on June 18. India versus Pakistan is seen as the clash of titans and a classic match that all cricket lovers would look up to it.
