After submitting the resignation as governor of Bihar on Tuesday, BJP’s presidential candidate Ram Nath Kovind is gearing up to file his nomination papers on Friday morning at 11 am.
While PM Narendra Modi, who made direct calls to opposition leaders to seek their support, will be signing on one of the four sets of nomination papers, the debate on other three members is slowly catching up.
According to some latest reports, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is expected to sign on second set of nomination filing, while other two are said to be BJP president Amit Shah and former Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal. Being one of the prominent leader in NDA alliance, Babu always managed to achieve that kind of attention from BJP top brass.
Earlier there were speculations that Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR will be signing on the nomination papers – but, the latest development seems to be in complete diametrical to what was intended. But, CM KCR along with his party MPs’ will take part in nomination program in New Delhi.
