In politics, there is no permanent enemy and friends. If all goes right, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, AP opposition party leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao are getting ready to hold meeting on some crucial issues with regard to the development of two states.
The meeting is likely to be held at Governor ESL Narasimhan’s official residence Raj Bhavan. The main issues to be discussed in the meeting will be Krishna river water sharing between AP and Telangana, division of assets between two states and pending payment of nearly Rs 2000 crore on energy consumption.
Governor already held minister level meetings between two states on the issues. The next meeting is scheduled with chief ministers and opposition leaders of the two states. Jagan from AP and Jana Reddy from Telangana will take part as opposition members as raise their contention on the particular issues. Governor is planning to hold meeting in August this year.
