It has been one week since the release of the Independence Day weekend films, and the clear winner of the clash can be ascertained from the box office reports. Rana Daggubati’s ‘Nene Raju Nene Manthri’ lived up to the expectations, and struck gold at box office, thus outsmarting its contenders.
The political drama collected close to 19 crore worldwide share in the first week and is still going strong.

The film had brought table profits to producer Suresh Babu even before release and now all distributors have reportedly entered profit zone. NRNM is expected to have decent run for another week at least.
