If grapevine is to be believed, Shriya Saran has charged a bomb for Puri Jagannadh and Balakrishna’s Paisa Vasool. Apparently, Shriya got a fancy remuneration of over half crore for the film. While half crore is not a big number these days, but the thing is that Shriya is not doing female lead in the film.
Shriya’s role is limited in the film although significant. Yet, Puri and Charmi reportedly got Shriya on board and got her paid very well. This is now became talking point.
Shriya, who earlier was going through dull phase, bounced back with Manam, Gopala Gopala and Gautamiputra Satakarni. Besides full-length roles, Shriya also did a cameo in Oopiri and a hot item song in Nakshatram. Yet Shriya needs a big commercial success at the moment.
