Bunny Learnt from Mahesh’s Mistake?

The debacle of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s SPYder has demonstrated why a star hero shouldn’t neglect his stronghold while attempting to conquer new territories. SPYder has become a lesson for all those stars who are vying for market in neighboring states.

In his attempt to make inroads into Tamil Nadu, Mahesh completely trusted Tamil director AR Murugadoss and somehow didn’t bother about whether the subject of ‘SPYder’, where SJ Suryah has a meatier role compared to his, would appeal to Telugu audiences. In the end, the ambitious and high budget film could neither please Tamil audiences nor satisfy Telugus.

Learning a quick lesson, Allu Arjun has reportedly alerted Tamil director Lingusamy who is set to direct him in a Telugu-Tamil bilingual next year. Bunny has reportedly asked the director to make necessary modifications to the already locked script as he couldn’t afford to lose Telugu audience while trying to capture market in Tamil Nadu.

Buzz is that Bunny has asked Lingusamy to tweak the script keeping the Telugu audiences primarily in mind. He suggested the director to shoot separate scenes for Telugu and Tamil versions wherever it is necessary, keeping the overall impact same, to meet the tastes of people of both languages. The director has reportedly assured him to work on the suggestions.

Mahesh’s disaster has somehow worked as a wake up call for Bunny. This bilingual is likely to roll from Summer 2018.
