Nandamuri Balakrishna is planning to make his dream project NTR biopic a pan-Indian film. As we had reported earlier, this Teja directorial will be made as a Telugu, Hindi bilingual and it will be later dubbed into all south languages.
Balakrishna and Teja prepared a list of artistes to play key roles in the film. Bollywood actress Vidya Balan who is known for doing woman-oriented films and has strong individual market in Hindi is considered to play the role of Basavatarakam, NTR’s wife in the film. Her healthy figure will also suit that of late Basavatarakam.
Although Vidya Balan initially gave her nod to be part of the prestigious venture, she is now putting in a few demands to sign the dotted line.Balakrishna is also ready to pay high remuneration demanded by Vidya Balan who is now said to be asking the makers not to make a single change in the script during the making.
Apparently, Vidya Balan is concerned about her character being trimmed and wants her’s to be highlighted. In fact, in south, most of commercial films revolve around the protagonist, wherein other characters are given less importance, except in very rare cases where script demands focus on other characters.
