Akkineni fans are angry with the way things are happening in Nagarjuna’s camp. They are unhappy with the recent turn of events.It all began with Akhil selecting wrong projects. Akhil didn’t taste a single hit so far and has been picking up films that don’t appeal to wider section of audiences.
Nagarjuna doing Ram Gopal Varma’s “Officer” didn’t go well with his fans either. The film put Nagarjuna in an embarrassing situation as it grossed a mere Rs 1 Cr in its lifetime run. The film created a dubious record.Nagarjuna promoting “Chi La Sow” over “Goodachari” was also wrong choice, they felt. While the former failed to bring in audiences though it won some appreciation, the latter became box-office success. All these proved that Nagarjuna has lost judgment.
Chaitanya postponing his “Shailaja Reddy Alludu” further rattled the fans who have been waiting to celebrate a success. Although the reason Chaitanya gave for the postponement is valid, they are slamming him for postponing all his movies frequently.
Clearly, Akkineni fans are not in right mood.
