A police officer of Hyderabad traffic police is winning hearts for his assistance to an ill patient when the city was hit by rains. On Friday, post lunch, the weather completely changed and it rained heavily for an hour or so.
At LB Nagar, on the Sagar Ring Road, CI Nagamallu was monitoring the water logged works. He saw a young lad with an oldie on the bike. The police reached the youngster and asked about the oldie. As the old man was looking ill, the youngster said the aged man needs to get the other side of the road. But the road was completely blocked due to water. So the police took the oldie on his back and carried him all the way to the other side of the road.
This video of the CI Nagamallu carrying the old man on his back is widely shared on the social media last evening and went viral. Netizens and every common man who have watched this appreciate the police’s efforts and timely help.
