Ending an year of long suspense, finally, SS Rajamouli is all set to announce the lead actress who would pair up with NTR in magnum opus RRR. According to reliable sources, it is known that foreign beauty Olivia is going to romance Tarak in this historic fantasy.
Olivia, a western theatre artiste, has been handpicked by SS Rajamouli as she is good with emotions and expressions. Rajamouli had felt that she could be perfect fit for the role as NTR’s love interest in the film. It is heard that she has a brief role in the film where she falls for Komaram Bheem (NTR) and it is not sure whether he also likes her.
Although, British actress Daisy Edgar Jones was initially roped in for the role, she had later walked out of the project owing to her ‘family circumstances’. With this, the role fell into the lap of Olivia.
Set in 1920s, the film is a fiction based on two Indian revolutionaries during their away time. NTR will be seen in an iconic role of Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the yet another iconic character of Alluri Sitarama Raju. Interestingly, Rajamouli has wrapped up 70 percent of the film’s shoot in an year. “It’s been a phenomenal year since the shoot of #RRR began! It was a productive year with 70% of shoot completed,” announced the team.
Along with Olivia, Rajamouli is also going to reveal the names of the antagonists of the film. The historic magnum opus is slated for 30 July, 2020. The film is being made with a whopping budget of 250 Crore.
