Right from its announcement, Prabhas 21 has been making headlines for its stunning cast. Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin is all set to direct Darling Prabhas for the first time. The film is a futuristic sci-fi thriller set against the backdrop of an imaginary third world war. Produced by C Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies banner, Prabhas 21 is going to be made at an estimated budget of Rs 400 crore.
Now, the latest reports suggest that Nag Ashwin may offer a female lead role to Malavika Nair, who was introduced by him in Telugu films. Nag Ashwin strongly believes that Malavika has enough talent to stand in a top position. That’s why he again roped Malavika in his second film Mahanati. Now, we need to see whether Nag Ashwin will rope Malavika Nair in his third film (Prabhas 21) or not.
In a recent live-fans interaction, when Malavika was asked about the same question, she said, she is ready to grab the Pan-India film offer if the makers are ready to cast her in Prabhas 21. However, an official confirmation is awaited about the female lead in Prabhas 21.
While the unique pair of Prabhas and Malavika Nair will certainly create good interest, the makers are confident that the quirky storyline will strike the right chord with the audience.
The film’s regular shoot may start in November and the makers are planning to release the film in Telugu, English, Hindi, and other languages.
