Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the occasion of his first anniversary of his second term, has penned an open letter to all countrymen. In his letter, PM Modi shared his heart felt gratitude to the Indian citizens for the trust they have shown in him. He also emphasized that had the things been good, he would have celebrated this occasion with the countrymen. The P.M congratulated for the firm resolve displayed by citizens during these bad times and appealed them to continue to set an example for the world and be the guiding lights.
On this occasion, Union home minister Amit shah addressed on anti-corruption credentials saying that since past five years, the nation witnessed how the government broke free from status quo and misgovernance under Modi’s leadership.
Modi ji has not only rectified many historical mistakes during these six years, but has also laid the foundation of a self-reliant India moving on the development path by bridging the gap of 6 decades. This 6-year term is an unprecedented example of parallel coordination of ‘poor welfare and reform’. #1YearOfModi2,” Shah tweeted in Hindi.
The Union Minister also expressed his wholehearted thanks to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers for dynamically spreading awareness on the party’s remarkable achievements and its welfare schemes in the last six years. The former BJP minister tweeted in Hindi by reiterating how crores of BJP workers went to door to door spread word about the BJP’s welfare schemes and commended them for their hardwork and sacrifice.
