Sithara Entertainments are already producing the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit, ‘Ayyapanum Koshiyum’. Rana and Ravi Teja are set to play lead roles in the film and Sagar Chandra will be at the helm. The shoot will resume by the end of the year.
In addition to ‘Ayyapanum Koshiyum’, Sithara Entertainments had also bagged the remake rights of another acclaimed Malayalam film, ‘Kappela’.
If the latest reports are to go by, Sithara Entertainments are planning to kick-start the remake of ‘Kappela’ at the earliest. They are said to have approached young actor, Vishwak Sen for the lead role in the film.
The ‘HIT’ actor is yet to convey his final decision, but he is apparently inclined towards the project. Vishwak is expected to get back to Sithara Entertainments very soon. The makers are now in search of the right director who can handle the project and also make subtle changes to the storyline to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audience.
Vishwak had already okayed ‘Paagal’ and ‘HIT 2’. He will be working on these two projects once the situation permits.
