Disappointed Chiranjeevi prioritises Bobby, sidelines Sujeeth

Ever since Ram Charan bagged the remake rights of blockbuster Malayalam political thriller ‘Lucifer’, Chiranjeevi has been working on locking the script for the Telugu remake. Chiranjeevi has been guiding young director Sujeeth for the past 3 months in order to get the final draft readied.

Even after persistent efforts, Chiranjeevi is disappointed with the way the story shaped up for the Telugu remake. He feels the plot lacks drama which is quintessential for a subject like this, say reports.

Consequently, Chiranjeevi has decided to sideline Sujeeth’s ‘Lucifer’ and set his focus on Bobby who had recently narrated a story to Chiranjeevi.

Megastar finds Bobby’s story much more appealing and it is likely to be Chiru’s next project after ‘Acharya’. Mythri Movie Makers are now working on finalizing the lead cast while Bobby works on the final draft.

It is still unclear if Chiranjeevi will appoint a new director for ‘Lucifer’ remake or wait till Sujeeth comes up with a flawless story. There are rumors that Chiranjeevi is considering VV Vinayak for the project.
