Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has already drawn flak with her controversial comments earlier and now once again got a big blow by Karnataka court. The court gave a befitting reply to Kangana, who has made anti national tweet on farmers. 10 days ago, Kangana called farmers protesting against revised agricultural laws as ‘terrorists’.
In this regard, Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) in Karnataka has directed the Kyatasandra police to register an FIR against her following a complaint lodged by L Ramesh Nayak, a lawyer in Tumukuru.
The Karnataka court stated, the complainant had registered an application under section 156(3) of the CrPC for probe. “The office is hereby directed to issue intimation to the circle police inspector of Kyathasandra police station along with (a) photostat copy of the complaint for report,” it said.
In a tweet made in September 21, the actress said that farmers are giving giving false information about these laws, which led to protests in many parts of the country. Kangana also commented that the movement was launched by those who were agitating against the CAA and were creating terror. An attorney who objected to these comments appealed to the court.
