After launching an attack on the yellow media in the Assembly during the Winter sessions, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy spoke about the Heritage foods.
The Chief Minister made an analysis of the Heritage Shares in the State Assembly and expressed his doubt on the way the share value of the company gets fluctuated based on Chandrababu Naidu’s power.
“Back in 1999, the share value of Heritage foods was Rs 2. If Chandrababu Naidu is in power, the share value gets increased. If he losses power, the share value of the company also goes down. In 2017, Heritage share value was at Rs. 827. When he lost the elections again, the share value went down. As of 2020 March, share value stood at Rs. 205,” CM Jagan said.
Adding further, CM said, the fluctuations in heritage company shares raises many doubts that is anyone doing rigging in the values of the shares.
In the PowerPoint Presentation, CM Jagan gave a detailed analysis of the Heritage Share Analysis, based on if Chandrababu Naidu’s power.
Coming to the Heritage Foods row, Jagan has been alleging for quite a time that heritage Foods was not sold to anyone and the company still belongs to Chandrababu Naidu.
When Heritage Fresh was dragged to the rising Onion prices issues in December 2019, Chandrababu Naidu said that Heritage Fresh was sold to Future Retail in 2016.
