YSRCP member and Narasapuram MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju recently filed a petition, requesting the cancellation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail, at the CBI’s special court. The court has returned RRR’s petition, stating that it does not contain enough details to be valid, and asked RRR to submit it with full details once again.
RRR pointed out that there were as many as 11 charge sheets that were filed against Jagan, where he was mentioned as the A-1, by the CBI. He said that he filed the petition because he felt social responsibility as a leader who took an oath by swearing on the constitution of India and did not want to see his party getting a bad name because of Jagan.
RRR said that it is shocking to see that the court proceedings against Jagan are taking so much time, despite 11 cases being filed on him. He also said that he filed the petition just because he couldn’t stand to see opposition party leaders point fingers at Jagan. RRR said that he wanted to see Jagan getting cleared of all the cases, and show everyone that he’s been wrongfully involved with all of these cases.
Furthermore, RRR said that Jagan should take the route of Jayalalithaa and Lalu Prasad Yadav, by giving the power to someone else for a while, as they prove themselves not guilty.
