YSRCP rebel member and Narasapuram MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju had filed a petition in the CBI court, requesting the CBI court to cancel Jagan’s ball, as he was violating his bail conditions by giving powers to all those accused along with him, in his illegal assets case. The CBI court had not accepted RRR’s petition because it lacked proper documentation.
RRR has now once again submitted another petition, with the right documentation, and the CBI court has accepted the petition. RRR had promised to not enter Andhra Pradesh until Jagan’s bail is canceled, and he might be on his way to it.
While filing his petition, RRR said that he was filing his petition because he couldn’t sit back silently, looking at the various miscreant deeds that were going on around him. He said that he has to take action as someone who swore on the Indian constitution, to uphold its values.
RRR and the other members of YSRCP have been at war with each other for a while now after RRR started to oppose every action taken by the party, or by the CM. YSRCP members have even started to consider RRR as a personal threat, which the MP now seems to be returning.
RRR’s petition is expected to come to a hearing in the CBI court on the 22nd of this month, and he is expected to hire senior Lawyers from the Supreme Court, to argue on his behalf. It is now to be seen if Jagan’s bail will be canceled, given that the BJP members have also been saying the same thing for a while. If the CBI wants to cancel Jagan’s bail too, then there’s no way there would be another way to stop it.
