The Andhra Pradesh politics are now revolving around the N440K variant of the novel Coronavirus, which is said to be more lethal than the previous lineages of the deadly disease.
Increasing the political temperature at once TDP leaders have lodged a complaint with the Police against Kodali Nani for his comments against TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Kodali Nani is said to have made indecent comments against Chandrababu Naidu. Nani reportedly called the former Chief Minister ‘Nara 420’ virus and said the virus which is destroying the state was born in the state nearly 70 years ago.
Finding fault with the comments of Kodali Nani, Kandulavaripalle village sarpanch Lakshmi and deputy sarpanch Rakesh Chaudhary of Naravaripalle panchayat moved the Chandragiri police station against the Minister.
The development took place days after Chandrababu Naidu was booked for sharing misinformation about the N440K variant. Quoting a few media channels, Chandrababu said the N440K variant was born in the Kurnool region and spreads 15 times faster compared to the other variants.
Following this, a few leaders of ruling YSRCP lodged a complaint against Chandrababu for sharing false news. The ruling party has come down severely on the TDP chief for trying to scare the people in the name of the virus strain.
Looks like, the novel Coronavirus which made people worry about the virus spread has become a reason for the political leaders to target each other.
