T’gana HC outraged on state govt for not implementing its directives to curb COVID-19

The High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the Telangana government report on the corona. A bench of Chief Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Vijayasen Reddy heard the corona situation in the state. The Director-General of Public Health (DEH) has submitted a report to the High Court outlining the steps being taken by the government to curb the spread of corona.

The report did not elaborate on whether any new directives had been implemented in the state. The High court expressed dissatisfaction that the details regarding the third phase were not comprehensive. It said that in a single district in Maharashtra, 8,000 children were affected by the corona third wave. “Will everything be done in the future in Telangana? Not ready to do anything right now?” The High Court was outraged.
