Former CM of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu penned a letter to Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan. In the letter, Chandrababu made sensational allegations on AP police.
He said that people were facing serious problems with the attitude of a section of the police. He alleged that some police officials are working in favour of the government. Chandrababu said, with this, the performance of the police has become a matter of controversy in the state.
Chandrababu said that there should be a check on the police system. Chandrababu brought to the notice of the Governor about the registration of cases against TDP leaders at midnight.
He said that steps should be taken to implement friendly policing in the state. Chandrababu appealed to the Governor to protect the fundamental rights of the people of AP.
