Meher Ramesh is a name that terrifies many producers. A lot of heroes fear working with him. He might be a good person who writes good scripts and dialogues but there is a talk that he doesn’t bring the same good script to life on the big screen. These were the words that people usually hear about Meher Ramesh but after a long time, he got a break once again as a director and that too with Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Meher worked in the writing department of ‘Pokiri’ and ‘Deshamuduru’ and made his directorial debut with NTR’s ‘Kantri’. He later made ‘Billa’ which was the only decent film in his career but it was a remake of classic ‘Don’ and Ajith’s ‘Billa’. He then went on to make disasters like ‘Shakti’ and ‘Shadow’ which give nightmares to producers even now. But this director is regularly seen with Mahesh Babu. He directs some Mahesh Babu’s brand endorsements and even stays close to Mahesh’s family. He is often spotted taggling along with Mahesh, Namrata and kids during parties and events. Superstar Mahesh Babu even managed to give Guntur rights of his Sankranti release ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ which became a good hit. A lot of people are left wondering why Meher became an important member of Mahesh Babu’s team.
The only reason Meher revealed was that Mahesh Babu always says no to his stories. Apparently, the superstar blatantly rejects whenever Meher narrates a story. Fans are appreciating his frankness but asked him not to direct Mahesh’s film at any cost. But the bond of Mahesh and Meher Ramesh goes long back as the ‘Shakti’ director is seen as Mahesh’s best friend in ‘Bobby’. This shows that they knew each other from a very long time and fans would like to hear about their rapport from either the hero or the director in detail.
Currently, Meher managed to impress Megastar with the remake of the ‘Vedalam’ script. Chiru gave his approval and the shooting is expected to start as soon as the senior actor wraps up his present commitments. Let us see if Meher Ramesh bounces back or not.
