Speaker Thammineni Falls On Ground While Playing Kabaddi!

Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Thammineni Seetharam was in the Srikakulam district today to launch the CM tournament, under which cricket and Kabaddi leagues would be played at the district level. During the inauguration of the sports league, the speaker played with the students and brought a josh.

The Assembly speaker who launched the tournament lost his step and fell down to the ground while playing Kabaddi with the students. His staff and the students who were present there lifted him to see if he is ok or not. However, the speaker didn’t hurt himself in the incident and is doing fine.

Though the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker did not sustain any injuries in the incident, the video of him falling down on the ground went viral on social media and has been trending.

To encourage the students and youth to take up sports, the Assembly speaker played Kabaddi with them. Bringing josh for the players, Thammineni Seetharam actively played with them. However, he could not hold his grip and fell.

Not just starting the tournament, the Andhra Pradesh Speaker went for raiding on behalf of a team. After touching three players, the Speaker tried to reach a fourth person but fell to the ground.

The security and students who went to see if he is doing fine or not got a big relief when they found he is absolutely fine. To the shock of the security personnel, Thammineni Seetharam said it is common to sustain injuries while playing games and he actively played the game for a few more minutes. People present there were stunned to see the speaker’s energy.

The sports tournament titled CM Cup was launched earlier today by the Assembly speaker in the Srikakulam district. The tournament was started at the famous Amadalavalasa Junior College in the district. Under the statewide tournament CM Cup, Kabaddi and Cricket will be played and the winners will be presented with certificates and shields.

The CM Cup-2021-22 tournament is a big platform for the young players to bring out their potential and take part in various sports events and show an encouraging performance.
