RGV: Pawan Kalyan doesn’t care about AP govt’s antics

The cinema ticket pricing issue in Andhra Pradesh is the focal point of every conversation in the Telugu film industry now. The film industry is distraught with the government’s unprecedented restrictions on everything related to the theatrical prospects of forthcoming Telugu films.

Now, controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has spoken about the issue and he understandably brought up Pawan Kalyan’s name while addressing the same.

“I understand that Pawan Kalyan is the one who triggered the government. It was evident when the government came down hard on Pawan’s Vakeel Saab. But the government’s restrictions will not irk Pawan in any which way. He won’t even care about the government’s antics.” Ram Gopal Varma said.

Varma’s comments do pack rationality and Pawan’s fans agree with the same. Notably, Varma has been calling out the state government for unnecessarily suppressing the film industry.

The controversial filmmaker went on to add that the common public should be the ones deciding the cinema ticket prices. “If the public like the ticket prices, they will watch it. Else, they will not. The government should not be the deciding party in the whole scenario,” Varma said.
