The Tollywood film industry is mourning the demise of veteran filmmaker Sarath. After having a glorious career that lasted for ten long years, he kept himself distant from the film industry. The ace filmmaker had breathed his last with Cancer. Condolences have been pouring in since morning.
The Director has a special bonding with Balakrishna. Sarath had made maximum films with senior hero Nandamuri Balakrishna. When Balayya Babu and Sarath joined hands earlier, they made films like ‘Peddannayya’, ‘Vamsanikokkadu’, ‘Sulthan’ and ‘Vamsoddarakudu’.
Shocked by the demise of the ace director, Nandamuri Balakrishna had condoled his death. He issued a statement on the director’s demise and said he is sad listening to the news. Calling Sarath a selfless person, Balakrishna said he lost a good friend.
The director had scored success with his films as many of his films made good revenue at the box office. He has successful films like ‘Bandhuvulosthunnaru Jagratha’, ‘Peddintalludu’ and ‘Bava Bavamaridhi’ to his credit. He had made the big multi starrer in the 90s by bringing Balakrishna, Superstar Krishna, and Rebel Star Krishnam Raju for Sultan.
