Can Rahul Gandhi make any difference in Telangana at all?

Rahul Gandhi is all set to visit Telangana on May 6th and 7th. MP and in charge of party affairs in Telangana, Manickam Tagore announced on Saturday that Rahul Gandhi will address a public meeting in Warangal on May 6 and that he will hold a meeting with the party leaders in Hyderabad on May 7th.

Rahul Gandhi’s Telangana schedule was finalised at a meeting Tagore held with the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president A. Revanth Reddy and other top leaders. On April 6th, Rahul Gandhi met with all Telangana Congress leaders in Delhi and is said to have warned them against running any groups within the party, and to be united, if they want to win the elections.

With Rahul Gandhi all set to come to Telangana, ahead of the 2024 elections, everyone is wondering if he would be able to make any difference at all in Telangana, a state that has almost forgotten about the Congress, which has not won a single considerable seat in the state in recent times. The TRS and the BJP are currently at the top of their games, and it is being said that it is going to be a futile attempt and tour on Rahul Gandhi’s part to Telangana, as no one is interested in the party anymore.
