Radha Krishna of Andhra Jyothy makes many attempts to show himself as a balanced articulator in his Kotta Paluku. In the process he spills out certain hidden opinions and facts from his mind. This week he wrote an interesting piece.
Writing about the latest developments in Maharashtra politics, he brought the topic of Andhra Pradesh. He mentioned that NTR established the party and took care not to let anyone grow as No 2. He wrote that Nadendla Bhaskara Rao ‘revolted’ against him only because of dissatisfaction but due to NTR’s charishma, Nadendla couldn’t succeed in his mission.
Though there was no change in NTR’s thought process even after, the leaders like Jana Reddy and Vasantha Nageshwara Rao couldn’t take any revolting steps after seeing the plight of Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, in spite of their dissatisfaction.
After that, according to RK, they were Chandrababu, Daggubati and Yanamala who revolted against NTR fearing the moves of Lakshmi Paravathi.
So RK concludes that Nadendla revolted against NTR for the injustice but didn’t backstab. He also mentioned that it was NTR’s thought process that resulted in these revolts- be it Nadendla or Chandrababu.
All these years, Nadendla’s episode has been treated as a backstab but suddenly RK wrote a new story stating the incident as a revolt against injustice caused to him. There was no support from Eenadu at the time of Nadendla’s revolt but Chandrababu had. That was the only difference.
