Count on actor-director Adivi Sesh for frank talk. Not one to mince words, this suave actor knows how to use platforms and employ his word power to telling effort. In a subtle reference to the film dynasties, he said that there are at least ten actors from each major filmy family. This comments have now become a topic of animated debate.
Speaking at the Actors’ Roundtable organized by Bollywood Hungama recently, this immensely talented and polished actor said good scripts were hard to come by. Speaking in his own inimitable style, he said there are very few good scripts and there are too many actors who vie for them.
He said there are at least 10 heroes from each filmi dynasty and they would grab all the good scripts. He said the best scripts would naturally go to them. “I am like 53rd or 54th guy in the queue and therefore the best 20 scripts never come to me. They are taken away by others,” he quipped.
He said he has turned to story and script writing only because of the dearth of good scripts. Since I cannot wait for the good scripts, I have decided to write for myself. Thus, I develop good scripts that are tailor-made for me,” the Gudhachari actor said.
Adivi Sesh is known for his killer looks and classy acting. His films like Major and Gudhachari have been runaway hits due to the taut script and tight story telling. His performance has come in for great praise in these films.
