`Joining the list of Akhanda lovers, Balakrishna’s brother-in-law Daggubati Venkateswara Rao spoke highly about the film and even termed Balakrishna’s performance in Akhanda better than Gautamiputra Satakarni. In a long post, he said he used to think that Balakrishna’s performance in Gautamiputra Satakarni was at its peak. But he fared even better with Akhanda.
Daggubati Venkateswara Rao had highlighted how Akhanda spoke about Hinduism and Hindutva. He made a special mention about how the makers have pleasingly shown the topics. Balakrishna gave life to the character designed by Boyapati Srinu, he said.
