Rudrama Devi is due for release this summer and Baahubali is likely to be released some time in May. After doing such heavy-duty films, Anushka gets to heave a sigh of relief with a romantic comedy titled Size Zero.
The film will star Arya opposite her and the shooting has already begun in Hyderabad. The bi-lingual being directed by Prakash K, son of Raghavendra Rao, has Bharath and Urvasi playing other important roles.
Given the present generation’s obsession with size zero, the film is a humourous take on a woman’s fixation with fitness and size zero. To look her part, she will first put on a few kilos and then lose them during the course of the film.
As of now, Anushka is shooting for the film and Arya is expected to join her in March. A schedule each will be shot in Chennai and Hyderabad. “First, Anushka will have to gain weight and then she will have to slim down.
The scenes where she will slim down will be shot towards the end,” says a crew member. Another highlight of the film would be Shruti Haasan playing a cameo in the film.
