Despite the super successes of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Geethanjali, Anjali could not get the big break in Telugu. She had pinned all her hopes on her next, Chitrangada directed by Pilla Jamindar fame Ashok.
The movie is yet another horror comedy. The shooting of the movie is totally complete except for a romantic song. Chitrangada is extensively shot in USA and the post production activities are also happening simultaneously.
The movie team claims that even some Hollywood technicians have also worked for their film. Gangapatnam Sridhar is producing the film on his Sri Vignesh Karthik Cinema banner. Selva Ganesh is the music composer.
