While hearing the bail petition of YSRCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju, the Supreme Court Judge read out the medical examination report of the MP submitted by the Secunderabad Army Hospital that says, RRR had fractures in his toe.
Now the AP CID sleuths have reportedly countered the claims and said that the medical report nowhere said that, the MP had injuries and the report confirmed the same what the Guntur General Hospital has said earlier after examining the MP.
It has to be noted that, after he was released from the Army Hospital, he left for the national capital and admitted himself at the Delhi facility of All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS). After examining him, the doctors advised him not to walk and gave him a plaster of Paris bandage.
The AP CID countered the claims after the AIIMS facility said he had damaged his cells in his feet and advised him to take bed rest for at least two weeks so that he can recover from the condition.
The Rebel MP was shifted to Army Hospital after the medical report from GGH ruled out the injuries alleged by him and termed the red patches on his feet as nothing but psoriasis.
He was granted bail after the doctors at Army Hospital examined him and submitted the report on his condition, Based on that, he was given conditional bail and was given 10 days to file bail papers.
He was arrested by the AP CID sleuths earlier this month on sedition charges and was shifted to the Guntur CID office from Hyderabad. He alleged that he was min=shandledin the police custody and he developed injuries on his toe.
However, the AP CID said he was not mishandled given the fact that he is a Parliamentarian. He moved the AP High Court and the Supreme Court later to get bail in the sedition charges.
