The High Court of AP has shocked AP CM YS Jagan and his government on two issues. Firstly the High Court did not like the government offices and Panchayat offices being painted in YSRC party colors (Blue & Green). Directing the state government to repaint all the offices within 10 days, the Court asked for a report after the painting is done.
Right after the general elections, the YSRCP government did not leave even graveyards. From offices to yards, all were painted in blue, green and white colors. A volunteer has knocked the AP High Court on this and after hearing the arguments, the court found fault with the state government. The court clarified that the colors of offices should be changed before the local polls.
Also on the reservations in the local polls, the High Court has cancelled the G.O. issued by the government. The Court opined that the state government should follow the Supreme Court guidelines and reservations should not cross 50 percent. In another obstacle, the High Court has squashed the G.O. regarding the local polls and asked the state government to hold them after four weeks.
Overall the AP High Court has taken vital calls on serious issues on Holi day.
