Much awaited news regarding the starlet who is likely to play Mahesh Babu’s mother in “Srimanthudu” is finally revealed. Director Koratala Siva has roped in ace-hero Jagapathi Babu to play Supertsar’s father in the movie long back.
And the hunt was on for the lady who could look quite stylish and yet motherly to play Mahesh’s onscreen doting mom. Here is the find. Though the name of senior heroine Gracy Singh was almost finalized, it is heard that finally the makers have gone for another ex-heroine Sukanya.
She is the one who enthralled audiences with memorable roles like wife of “Bharateeyudu” Kamal Haasan in Shankar’s iconic flick. Also she played heroine in many Telugu films including superhit “Peddarikam” where she is paired with Jagapathi Babu as the lead.
Surprisingly, this super hit pair is now playing Mahesh’s parents and they are taking part in shoot already.
